DrBreeze privacy policy

This policy covers the DrBreeze personal Google integration, not other services hosted on mamo.care.

Access and purpose

Google account identity, email messages and metadata, calendars, contacts, Drive files, documents and spreadsheets may be accessed according to the OAuth permissions you grant. They are used to fulfill your authorized personal-assistant requests, including searching, summarizing, drafting and explicitly requested updates.

Processing and sharing

The assistant runs in a privately administered server environment. Information necessary to answer a request may be sent to the AI model provider configured for that assistant session. Google data is not sold or used for advertising. Transfers are limited to providing the user-facing assistance requested, subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. This integration does not use Google data to develop or train generalized AI models.

Storage

OAuth credentials are stored separately in protected server-side credential stores and are not intentionally published in chat or source repositories. Conversation history, extracted content, caches and user-approved artifacts may remain on the private server to support continuity. Access is restricted to the operator and authorized account owner. These records do not have a blanket automatic deletion period; the owner can request their deletion.

Your controls

You can revoke the Google connection at Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further authorized API access, but does not automatically erase previously stored conversation history or artifacts. For deletion or privacy questions contact donal9mcdermott@gmail.com.

Limited Use

DrBreeze’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
